Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?+
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Smaller and medium-sized items generally arrive within 1–3 business days once processed. Larger pieces — gazebos, pergolas, and oversized chests — ship via freight and typically take 3–7 business days depending on your location. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
If 7 days have passed since shipment and your order still hasn't arrived, reach out to us at Contact@parosco.com.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number directly on our Order Status page. Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to update after your package ships.
Is shipping free?+
Yes — every order shipped within the U.S. qualifies for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship outside the United States?+
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Is there a cut-off time for same-day processing?+
Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST on a business day (Monday–Friday) are processed that same day.
Are large items like gazebos and pergolas shipped differently?+
Yes. Because of their size, gazebos, pergolas, and larger chests ship through a freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. These typically arrive within 3–7 business days, and the freight company will reach out beforehand to schedule a delivery time.
Can one order be sent to more than one address?+
Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each.
Payment
What payment options are available?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Every transaction is encrypted and processed securely.
Can I pay over time or finance my purchase?+
We don't currently offer installment plans or financing. Orders are paid in full at the time of checkout.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?+
Yes. Our site runs on SSL encryption, and all payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. We never store your card information on our own servers.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel an order after placing it?+
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't already entered processing for shipment. Contact us right away at Contact@parosco.com so we can catch it in time. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled, but it remains eligible for return under our 90-day policy.
I need to change something on my order — is that possible?+
Get in touch with us as soon as you can at Contact@parosco.com, and we'll do what we can to adjust the order before it leaves our warehouse.
I gave the wrong shipping address. Can it be corrected?+
Contact us immediately if you spot an address mistake. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it on our end. If it's already on its way, we'll need it returned to us before we can reship it to the correct address.
What if my package gets returned as undeliverable?+
If a carrier marks your package undeliverable and sends it back to us, we'll be in touch to either arrange a second delivery attempt or process a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What's your return policy?+
Your satisfaction matters to us, and if something about your order isn't right, we want to fix it. Both defective and non-defective items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Just email Contact@parosco.com to start the process. Our full Refund and Returns Policy page has all the details.
Who's responsible for return shipping costs?+
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full and send you a prepaid label at no cost. For returns due to a change of mind, we also provide a free prepaid shipping label. In either case, once we've received and inspected the item, you'll get a complete refund with no restocking fee, issued within 7 business days.
How soon will I see my refund?+
After we receive and inspect your returned item — typically within 72 hours — your refund is issued within 7 business days. This includes your original shipping charges, and we never deduct a restocking fee.
How do exchanges work?+
Email us at Contact@parosco.com and our team will walk you through exchanging your item for a different one.
My item arrived damaged — what now?+
Send us a photo along with your order number at Contact@parosco.com. There's no need to ship the damaged item back; we'll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer a full refund or help you choose an alternative product.
What if I got the wrong item, or it's defective?+
We're sorry for the inconvenience — email Contact@parosco.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We'll cover the cost of sending the correct item and provide a return label if one is needed.
Assembly & Warranty
Do you offer assembly services?+
We don't provide assembly services directly, but every product ships with detailed step-by-step instructions, and our support team is happy to help if you run into questions while putting it together.
Will my order come with assembly instructions?+
Yes, all of our products include complete assembly instructions in the box. If anything is unclear, our team is available to walk you through it.
Are your products covered by a warranty?+
Yes. Every item sold through parosco.com is backed by the manufacturer's original warranty. Coverage length and terms vary by brand and product, so check the listing for specifics, or visit our Warranty Replacement page for more information.
What does the manufacturer's warranty actually cover?+
In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship and mechanical failures that occur under normal residential use. They typically don't cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized alterations, or everyday wear and tear.
How do I file a warranty claim?+
Email Contact@parosco.com with your order number, your name, a description of the issue, and photos or video if you have them. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer to get your claim resolved as quickly as possible.
Can I order replacement parts?+
We don't sell individual replacement parts ourselves, but if your item is still under warranty, the manufacturer may be able to send parts directly to you. Reach out to Contact@parosco.com and we'll help set that up.
Technical Support
The website won't load properly. What should I try?+
Start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies and reloading the page. If that doesn't help, try a different browser or device. Still stuck? Email Contact@parosco.com with a description of what's happening.
I'm seeing an error message on the site.+
Screenshot the error and send it to Contact@parosco.com. Our team will look into it and get it sorted as soon as possible.
