Manufacturer Warranty
Every product sold on parosco.com is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Our products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized U.S. distributors, and documentation confirming that authorization can be provided upon request. The specifics of what's covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to obtain service are determined by each manufacturer — these details vary by brand and product, and are noted on the individual product page whenever possible.
Coverage at a Glance
- Defects in materials or workmanship

- Mechanical or electrical failures under normal residential use
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect

How to Request Warranty Service
If you run into a problem with a product you purchased from us, email Contact@parosco.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The full name used to place the order
- A description of the issue you're experiencing
- Photos or video, if available
Our team will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf to begin the warranty process. In many cases, the manufacturer handles service directly, which is often the fastest path to a resolution.
Replacement Parts vs. Full Replacement
Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the issue, you may receive a full replacement unit or individual replacement parts. When parts are sent rather than a full unit:
- Parts are shipped directly to you
- Installation may be your responsibility, unless the manufacturer's terms state otherwise
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Shipping costs related to a warranty claim follow each manufacturer's own policy. Some manufacturers cover the cost of shipping replacement parts or units; others may require the customer to cover return shipping for a defective item. We'll let you know what applies to your specific claim once we hear back from the manufacturer.
A Few Important Limitations
- Unless otherwise stated, Parosco LLC does not offer separate extended warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
- We do not alter or override the terms set by any manufacturer's warranty.
- Final decisions on warranty claims rest with the manufacturer.
