We want every customer to walk away happy. If something about your order isn't right, we're here to fix it.

Who Can Return an Item

You may return an item within 90 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
  • We also accept returns of items that are unused, new, or in like-new condition.

How to Start a Return

    Reach out to Contact@parosco.com or call +1 (308) 260-1935 before sending anything back. If the item is damaged or defective, please include a clear photo and a short description of the issue.

    Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request and send you instructions for completing the return. Please hold off on shipping anything until you've received this confirmation.

    Send the Item Back

    Once approved, ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method. We'll need a valid tracking number to process your return.

    Drop-Off or Mail-In

    Returns can be mailed directly to us, or dropped off at a designated shipping location, depending on the instructions provided.

Who Covers Return Shipping

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label at no charge to you.

Change-of-mind returns: we also provide a free prepaid return label for approved returns of this kind.

In every case: once we've received and inspected the returned item, you'll receive a full refund with no restocking fees, issued within 7 business days.

How Refunds Work

  • Once your return arrives and is inspected — typically within 72 hours — your refund is processed within 7 business days.
  • Your refund includes the full purchase price along with any original shipping and handling fees you paid.
  • We never deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

If Your Item Arrives Wrong or Damaged

If what you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us a photo along with your order number. There's no need to ship the item back to us — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever works best for you.
