We currently ship to addresses throughout the United States.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

Oversized & Freight-Shipped Items
Larger products — including gazebos, pergolas, and oversized chests — ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. These orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier handling the delivery. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order leaves our facility, and the freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Where Orders Ship From
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our facility in Curtis, Nebraska (USA).
One Address Per Order
Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need items delivered to more than one location, please place a separate order for each address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the order leaves our facility.
If 7 days have passed since shipment and your order still hasn't arrived, please email us at Contact@parosco.com with your name and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 90 days of delivery, provided they're in new or like-new condition and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
